Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings.
Ordering
How is my payment handled ?
Payments are taken through Stripe in Swiss francs. You can pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.
Shipping
I have placed my order. How soon will I receive my artwork?
Most orders will be packed and shipped within 6 working days. If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time. International services can take up to two weeks to arrive, but usually arrive much quicker. I will advise you of the tracking number once the courier is booked.
What is the cost of shipping ?
Shipping is free.
Returns
No returns policy.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days with details and photographs
Copyright
Can I copy or reprint your artworks?
All copyright rests with Laetitia Mathys, even after ownership of artworks has been transferred to the customer. I reserve the right to produce prints and other merchandise of artworks, unless a written exclusivity agreements has been made.
